Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CG Auto Parts Shop, we understand that getting your vehicle back on the road is your top priority. Whether you are performing a routine service with fresh oil filters or completing a complex repair with heavy-duty suspension control arms, our logistics team is dedicated to getting your parts delivered safely and efficiently. This policy details our end-to-end shipping operations throughout the United States.

Order Processing & Preparation

Our commitment to quality begins the moment you click 'Submit Order.' Our facility utilizes a multi-stage fulfillment process to ensure your brake pads, engine mounts, and other critical components are ready for the road:

  • Verification: Our team cross-references your order against your provided vehicle information to ensure the gearbox mounts or oil coolers you selected match your build.
  • Picking & Packing: We use industrial-grade packaging materials to protect sensitive parts like brake discs and power steering pumps.
  • Quality Inspection: Every shipment is inspected for physical defects before it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Logistics

We pride ourselves on our national reach. We ship to all 50 states, including the specialized logistics requirements of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO military address, please note that delivery times may be longer due to internal military routing. For those in remote regions, please verify that your local carrier can receive large-scale freight deliveries for oversized suspension lift kits.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Some of our inventory, particularly heavy-duty steering components or large-scale automotive cooling systems, exceeds the weight and dimension limits of standard parcel carriers. These items are categorized as 'Freight.' For these deliveries, you must:

  • Schedule an appointment with the carrier.
  • Ensure your driveway or delivery site can accommodate a commercial freight truck.
  • Be present to sign for the delivery, as these parts represent a significant investment in your vehicle's safety.

Handling Damages, Losses, & Transit Anomalies

Transit is an unpredictable environment. Even with our reinforced packaging, damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged package, do not install the parts. Photograph the box and the AC compressors or other contents, and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation. Keep all original shipping materials, as carriers often require these for their damage assessment.

Important Shipping Disclaimers

Customer Responsibility: By providing your shipping address, you confirm it is accurate. Incorrect addresses can lead to returned packages or lost goods. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, the costs of return-to-sender and subsequent reshipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please review your order summary carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure your suite numbers, ZIP codes, and contact numbers are 100% accurate.

International Considerations

Currently, our platform is optimized for domestic U.S. fulfillment. If you are located internationally and wish to import our high-performance parts, please reach out to our sales team. We can provide customized quotes that account for export duties, customs brokerage, and international transit risks. Note that warranties for components like oil sumps may differ for international use cases.
